Mulayam Singh Yadav born on November 22, 1939 in Etawah, Uttar Pradesh. He is an Indian politician and ex-chief minister of uttar pradesh for three times. He first became a state minister in 1977 and in 1980, he became the president of the Lok Dal (People's Party) in Uttar Pradesh. Later the Lok Dal became a part of the Janata Dal.
He married to Late Malti Devi (First wife),Sadhana Gupta. He has 2 sons named Akhilesh Yadav, Prateek Yadav.
